At GoCPAP Plus, we appreciate that product satisfaction is paramount. Unopened products are eligible for returns within 30 days from the original ship date. It's important to note a 15% returns processing fee will be applied, deducted from the original cost, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Kindly be aware that opened products cannot be returned.

Manufacturer Defects Resolution:
Should you encounter manufacturing defects in your purchased products, our team is here to assist. Reach out for troubleshooting, and if needed, we'll issue an RMA# for the return process. GoCPAP Plus will collaborate with the manufacturer to facilitate repair or replacement under warranty. Please note, shipping costs for returning items to GoCPAP Plus are not covered by the warranty.
Issuing Refunds and Replacements:
Credits, refunds, or replacements will be processed only after the returned products are received and examined by our team.
Dealing with Product Recalls:
For product recalls, the responsibility lies with both the manufacturer and the customer. Unfortunately, GoCPAP Plus cannot facilitate an exchange or refund for recalled products. However, our representatives can provide you with the necessary contact information for the manufacturer.
Understanding the Nature of Medical Equipment:
Given the personal nature of medical equipment, such as CPAP, APAP, BiPAP, Oxygen, Humidifiers, cushions, batteries, and mask parts, once the parcel is opened, they cannot be returned, irrespective of usage hours.
Addressing Machine Issues:
Machines (CPAP, APAP, BiPAP, and Oxygen) facing functional issues, not under warranty, may be repairable by the manufacturer. A Diagnostic Fee, determined by the manufacturer, may apply, and it could be applied to the actual repair cost.

Refund Policies for Financing Methods:
Principal refunds are applicable exclusively to purchases made via Financing Methods; however, interest paid to the financing company is non-refundable.
30 Day Risk-Free Mask Policy:
Our 30-day risk-free mask policy allows returns within 30 days from the shipping date, ensuring a full refund of the product's purchase price, less shipping. This policy specifically applies to complete masks (prescription required masks), covering the mask with headgear only. The 30-day window encompasses transit time.
Guidelines for Risk-Free Mask Returns:
It's crucial to note that any material changes to the product, such as cutting or sewing straps or cushions, will void the 30-day risk-free option. Additionally, the GoCPAP Plus Return Policy governs items purchased without a 30-day risk-free option.
