GoCPAP Plus, a locally owned and operated business, opened its first retail location in March 2021 in Pineville, NC. Due to our continued growth, we now proudly serve the community with an additional location in Huntersville, and a new store in Concord is coming soon.
Licensed professionals are available onsite to provide personalized instruction on setting up and using CPAP equipment. Our staff is specially trained to answer all your CPAP-related questions and ensure you get the support you need.

Meet Stephanie, our dedicated Manager and RPSGT (Registered Polysomnographic Technologist) – the fancy term for a sleep tech extraordinaire! With an impressive 16-year journey in the realm of sleep technology, Stephanie has been an integral part of the GoCPAP Plus family since its inception in March 2021.
In her role as Manager, Stephanie orchestrates the seamless day-to-day operations of our store. Beyond her managerial prowess, Stephanie is a licensed professional who goes the extra mile. She passionately educates patients about sleep apnea, offering valuable insights, and provides hands-on instruction on mastering the art of using CPAP devices.
What sets Stephanie apart is her genuine connection with CPAP users – a bond she's nurtured for 13 years, being a CPAP user herself. She understands the initial aversion to CPAP but found her comfort with the right mask, eventually falling in love with her CPAP machine. This personal experience allows her to empathize with patients, making her guidance invaluable.
Outside the realm of sleep tech, Stephanie is a devoted wife of over 30 years and a proud parent of two grown children. Her trio of miniature Dachshunds now rule the household, adding a delightful touch of fur and joy. Stephanie is not just a sleep aficionado; she's also a seasonal enthusiast who revels in decorating for holidays, especially during the enchanting fall and winter seasons. Oh, and did we mention she's a passionate Dallas Cowboys fan? Go team!

Meet Kendall, the friendly face behind the GoCPAP Plus Vlog and our invaluable Customer Service Representative. A seasoned member of the GoCPAP Plus family since its grand opening in March 2021, Kendall brings seven years of diverse experience in the sleep field to the table.
Kendall's professional journey encompasses various roles, from Warehouse Associate and ReSupply Technician to Clinical Assistant. Currently excelling in sales at GoCPAP Plus, Kendall's primary focus is delivering unparalleled customer service to our patients. His profound knowledge of our extensive product range makes him an indispensable asset to our team.
What truly sets Kendall apart are his unwavering dedication to assisting customers and his knack for troubleshooting equipment issues. While he doesn't personally need CPAP, Kendall's commitment to understanding his customers led him to try it for a few nights, offering him a firsthand experience of their journey.
Beyond the realm of sleep technology, Kendall is a devoted husband of over 14 years and a proud father of two young children, accompanied by their two furry companions. Originally from Alaska, Kendall embraced the warmth of North Carolina in 2016, bidding farewell to the cold. Outside the store, he actively engages in his Ministry and indulges his passion for Frisbee Golf during leisure moments. And, as a loyal fan, Kendall passionately roots for the Seattle Seahawks – a true embodiment of team spirit!

Meet Ricky, our dedicated Customer Service Representative and Provisional Respiratory Therapist, bringing his wealth of knowledge to GoCPAP Plus since March 2022. Ricky's journey began as a Warehouse Associate with our sister company, Carolinas Hometown Respiratory, where he delved into the intricacies of the products we proudly offer.
A recent graduate of Respiratory Therapy school, Ricky is diligently preparing for his Boards to ascend to the esteemed title of Registered Respiratory Therapist. In his current role at GoCPAP Plus, he seamlessly blends his expertise to deliver top-notch customer service while educating patients about sleep apnea and guiding them on the optimal use of their CPAP machines.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Ricky is a devoted husband, celebrating over three years of marital bliss, with an exciting addition to the family on the way! As his fur baby prepares for a new role, Ricky's heart and home are expanding. Originally from Puerto Rico, he embraced life in the States in 2017, although he adamantly opposes any temperature below 90 degrees.
Ricky is not just a passionate team member but an active participant in his church, lending his voice to the Worship Team as a singer. During his leisure moments, he enjoys catching NFL and NBA sports action, with a strong allegiance to the New England Patriots. Ricky's warmth, dedication, and love for his work make him an invaluable asset to the GoCPAP Plus family.
