At GoCPAP Plus, we are committed to offering competitive pricing on quality CPAP equipment and supplies. If you find an identical product advertised for a lower price by an approved CPAP vendor, we may be able to match that price.
Eligible Price Matches
To qualify for a price match, the competing retailer must be an established and authorized CPAP or durable medical equipment vendor offering new, authentic products similar to those sold by GoCPAP Plus.
The competing product must be:
- Identical in brand, model, size, color, and configuration
- New and unused
- Currently in stock and available for purchase
- Advertised at a verifiable price at the time of the request
- Sold directly by the qualifying retailer
GoCPAP Plus reserves the right to verify the competitor, product, availability, and advertised price before approving a price match.
Approved CPAP Vendors
Price matching is intended for legitimate CPAP retailers and authorized medical-equipment vendors comparable to GoCPAP Plus.
We do not price match third-party marketplaces, individual sellers, liquidation sellers, auction sites, or secondhand/resale platforms.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Amazon
- eBay
- Facebook Marketplace
- Craigslist
- Mercari
- OfferUp
- Individual or private-party sellers
Listings from unauthorized resellers, third-party marketplace sellers, used-equipment sellers, or sellers whose product authenticity cannot be verified are not eligible.
Product Condition and Availability
The competitor's item must be brand new and available for immediate purchase. Used, refurbished, open-box, returned, demo, rental, or previously owned equipment does not qualify for price matching.
Products that are out of stock, backordered, discontinued, clearance-priced, or otherwise unavailable may also be excluded.
Promotions and Special Pricing
Price matches generally cannot be combined with additional GoCPAP Plus coupons, promotional codes, loyalty discounts, bundle discounts, financing offers, or other special pricing unless otherwise approved.
Competitor pricing associated with limited-time promotions, coupons, membership programs, rebates, financing arrangements, bundled products, or special eligibility requirements may not qualify.
Manufacturer Pricing Requirements
Certain manufacturers may require retailers to follow minimum advertised price or other pricing policies. Price matching may not be available when doing so would violate manufacturer requirements or authorized dealer agreements.
Requesting a Price Match
To request a price match, please provide our team with a current link or other verifiable documentation showing the competitor's advertised price.
Our team will review the request and confirm whether the competitor and product meet the requirements of this policy.

Price Match Approval
All price match requests are subject to review and approval by GoCPAP Plus. We reserve the right to decline a request if the competing retailer, product, pricing, availability, or listing cannot be verified or does not meet the requirements outlined above.
GoCPAP Plus also reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Price Match Policy at any time.
